Kevin is Chicago born and raised, but went to school at Nazareth in the Western Suburbs. Kevin used his combined wealth of knowledge of both the city and suburbs to help his clients find the perfect place. He takes pride in creating the ideal customer experience. His goal is to eliminate the stress of finding a new apartment by educating his clients and listening to their needs: only showing the best options for their price and preferences. Kevin passionately works to build a strong, sustainable relationship with each of his clients so he can be a trusted resource for their future leasing needs.
Tom Dillon, CFA
FOUNDER
Tom, an LT alum, has always been passionate about real estate and started investing in real estate college. Tom specializes in commercial properties. He has grown up in the Chicago area and knows the market like the back of his hand. Tom loves the feeling of helping people and the thrill of negotiation. He prides himself in being able to provide quality service to his clients.
Dan Gallagher
Vice President of PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Dan, a proud Fenwick Friar, has been executing rehabilitation projects in Chicago since 2012. He has critical knowledge of the acute materials and cost needed to execute projects of any scale. Building relationships is Dan's true passion and has been immersed in all aspects of real estate including: single family sales, multi-family sales, off-market opprotunities, leasing and property management.
